Beef & Spinach Stir-Fry

2 tablespoons peanut oil
750g beef strips
2 cloves garlic, crushed
250g broccoli, chopped into flowerettes
250g baby spinach leaves
300g button mushrooms
60ml beef stock
60ml oyster sauce
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok and stir-fry the beef until brown.
- Heat remainder of oil and stir-fry garlic and broccoli until just tender.
- Return beef to the wok with remaining ingredients and stir-fry until spinach is just cooked.

Pork Stir-Fry Japanese Style
|

|
2 tablespoons peanut oil
650g pork fillets thinly sliced
1 large white onion
1 red capsicum thinly sliced
200g green beans cut into small pieces
200g chopped cabbage
60ml Tonkatsu sauce
60ml Sukiyaki sauce
- Heat 1 tablespoon in wok and stir-fry pork until brown.
- Heat remainder of oil and stir-fry onion until soft then add capsicum and beans and stir-dry until tender.
- Return pork to wok with cabbage and sauces and stir-fry until cabbage is just cooked.
